Kazehaya turned around and blinked at the dark haired, pale skinned girl behind him.
"Um... If you're looking for Kitahoro High, it's this way..." She said softly, shyly gesturing to the path opposite him.
He grinned widely at her and nodded slightly. "Ah! Thank you!"
For a moment, she seemed surprised, before grinning back. "You're welcome!" She said cheerfully; the shyness momentarily gone.
He felt himself blush as he walked on, looking back at her from the corner of his eye.

After so long without feeling, he was taking full advantage of it. He'd nearly got himself sick tasting everything he could. He touched every surface.

I can understand he's busy. No, he's fighting for his life. He wont tell me that, of course, but I'm not an idiot. I know what he's dealing with... sort of.
The phone rings and I jump up, grabbing it and shouting a greeting, hoping it's him.
It isn't. It's a patient, asking when their new model will be ready.
